our program

Our 3-5 program is set up to follow the lead of the children. This way, the children can learn and explore through music and movement, creative art, literature, and outdoor play based on their interests. The programs are flexible and are designed to meet the changing needs of the children.  We do believe that anything we can do inside, we can do outside, so we spend the better part of everyday outside!

The daycare is set up with learning centres. This includes art, block play, dramatic play, housekeeping, manipulatives, science, math, language, and sand and water play. Each learning centre is set up to assist the children with individual developmental needs (i.e. fine motor skills, concentration, language skills).

We will occasionally plan outings within walking distance of the centre. There is a permission form in your registration package that needs to be signed if you wish your child to participate in these walks. If you do not wish your child to participate, we may ask that you find alternate care for your child during the length of the outing. We do not typically do "fieldtrips" that require transportation.
